WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Labouré-Roi Bourgogne Chardonnay begins with sorting and pressing grapes upon arrival at the winery. The settled musts are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 16-18°C using selected yeasts to preserve aromatics. Malolactic fermentation is completed, contributing to a supple texture. The wine is then aged, with 80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months on lees.
