WINE MAKING PROCESS
Produced using the Martinotti-Charmat method to preserve the fresh, primary fruit characteristics of the Lambrusco Bianco grape. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized autoclaves, allowing for precise control over the pressure and bubble development, resulting in a crisp, clean, and lively sparkling wine.
