Lady A Rosé

Lady A Rosé is produced using traditional Provençal rosé winemaking methods. This typically involves either direct pressing of the grapes or a brief period of skin maceration to achieve the desired pale pink color and extract delicate aromas. The resulting juice is then fermented at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness and fruit purity. For some vintages, the wine undergoes aging on fine lees for several months, which imparts a subtle richness and texture. The grapes are sourced from Château La Coste, an estate committed to biodynamic farming, or from partner wineries like MARRENON, which also prioritizes sustainable viticulture.
