WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lagrein grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for approximately 8 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for a few months in concrete tanks and large wooden casks, or in large oak casks. Cantina Valle Isarco emphasizes working in harmony with nature and sustainable practices in their winemaking.
