Langhe DOC Rosato

Crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested by hand into small crates. After a gentle crushing, the grapes undergo cold skin maceration for approximately six hours to extract subtle pink hues and delicate aromatic precursors. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats over 20 days at controlled temperatures, followed by aging exclusively on fine lees in stainless steel until bottling.
