WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Giovanni Rosso Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 is produced using 100% Nebbiolo grapes. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks for about 15 days, with daily pump-overs and one délestage. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a few months in large French oak barrels (50 hl). Grapes are hand-harvested in October. The winery practices organic and biodynamic farming with a philosophy of minimal intervention.
