WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Pio Cesare Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 is produced using grapes from various vineyard sites. Following hand-harvesting and rigorous selection, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, with skin maceration lasting between 12 to 20 days. The wine is then aged for 30 months, with the majority in large French oak 'botti' (1,000-10,000 liters) and a smaller portion in French oak barriques. This process is designed to develop the wine's structure and integrate its components.
