Langhe Nebbiolo Roccabella

The Nebbiolo grapes are hand-harvested from organically farmed vineyards in La Morra. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using native yeasts, accompanied by a gentle maceration period to extract color and fine tannins without over-extraction. The wine is aged in a combination of large neutral Slavonian oak casks (botti) and concrete vats to preserve the bright primary fruit and floral characteristics of the grape while developing structural complexity. It is bottled with minimal sulfur and without heavy filtration.
