WINE MAKING PROCESS
Ori Marani Laora NV Extra Brut is produced using the traditional method. Fermentation is initiated with indigenous yeasts, with the wine aging in a combination of 90% old French oak barrels and 10% qvevri. The wine spends a minimum of 15 months on its lees, contributing to its texture and complexity. Tirage, the bottling for secondary fermentation, occurred in September 2022. Minimal sulfur is added throughout the process.
