WINE MAKING PROCESS
Telmo Rodriguez Las Beatas 2021 is produced from a field blend of eight to nine local grape varieties grown in the 'Las Beatas' vineyard. Viticulture is organic. Fermentation takes place in 3,000-liter French oak vats using indigenous yeasts at moderate temperatures, followed by post-fermentation maceration. The wine then ages for 14 to 16 months in a 1,200-liter oak foudre. Production is limited to 1,521 bottles.
