WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Las Moras Organic Chardonnay is produced using 100% Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking process involves fermenting 50% of the wine in French and American oak barrels and the remaining 50% in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation taking place at 10°C. Additionally, 50% of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine is subsequently aged on its lees for a period of 9 months. Grapes are hand-harvested, and the production adheres to organic and sustainable farming practices. The wine is packaged in a carton.
