WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested from the Las Tortugas estate in Agrelo. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo cold maceration to extract fresh fruit aromas and color. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. A portion of the wine undergoes brief aging in oak barrels to add subtle complexity while preserving the grape's natural fruit-forward character and bright acidity.
