WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted to ensure only the highest quality fruit is used. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh fruit character and terroir expression. The wine is then aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, crafted by the estate's partner cooperages, to integrate the tannins and add complexity without overpowering the fruit.
