WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Laurelina Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 is produced using traditional red wine fermentation methods, including a 10-day maceration period to extract desirable components from the Nebbiolo grapes. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 8 months in stainless steel tanks or, alternatively, for 10 months in large Slavonian oak casks. A further 3 months of bottle aging precedes the wine's release, allowing for integration and development of its character. The harvest for this vintage typically occurs in the first ten days of October.
