ABOUT THIS WINE
Le Bojo Sutra is a cheeky, natural Beaujolais Nouveau crafted by Sarnin-Berrux, a micro-négociant house founded in Monthélie in 2007 by Jean-Pascal Sarnin and Jean-Marie Berrux. Leaving behind careers in finance and advertising, the duo bonded over a shared passion for low-intervention winemaking. The wine's playful name and minimalist line-art label, depicting stylized intimate figures, reflect their joyful approach to wine, though the artwork proved controversial enough to be censored in some conservative export markets.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
This cuvée is sourced from organic 30 to 50-year-old vines grown on granite and sandy-schist soils in the commune of Régnié. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. In the cellar, 100% whole-cluster grapes undergo a quick, traditional semi-carbonic maceration with native yeasts in concrete tanks. The wine is made with zero added sulfur, no commercial inputs, and is aged briefly on its fine lees in neutral stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered by gravity.
