Le Clos Blanc

Le Clos Blanc is a distinctive white wine from Domaine du Séminaire, a family-run estate in its fourth generation located in Valréas, Southern Rhône. Produced from 100% Marsanne grapes grown on high-altitude vineyards influenced by the Mistral winds, the wine is a testament to the estate's commitment to organic farming and authentic terroir expression. The property is a diverse polyculture farm, fostering biodiversity. The winemaking philosophy emphasizes minimal intervention, with fermentation by native yeasts in stainless steel and aging in traditional cement egg-shaped vats, avoiding oak to preserve the purity of the fruit and the unique character of its high-altitude origin. The wine is also certified vegan-friendly.
