WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Dievole Le Due Arbie Rosato 2023 is produced through a process that begins with a light pressing of the Sangiovese grapes. Following destemming, the wine undergoes a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17-18°C, lasting for 35 days. After fermentation, the rosé is aged for three months in stainless steel tanks. This winemaking approach is designed to preserve the wine's freshness and delicate fruit characteristics.
