WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Le Grill Mas Cristine Blanc begins with whole grape pressing. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at temperatures ranging from 13-20°C. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in both vats and barrels, with some influence from oak. Harvests are performed manually. The estate's viticultural practices are evolving towards organic and sustainable methods, with low yields maintained at 25-30 hectoliters per hectare.
