WINE MAKING PROCESS
Le Péché Originel is produced using 100% Cinsault grapes. The winemaking process emphasizes natural methods, including fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts and the complete absence of added sulfites. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in concrete tanks and sometimes concrete vats and foudres. The estate is managed using certified biodynamic and Demeter-certified viticulture practices.
