WINE MAKING PROCESS
Le Petit Rosé De Gimios is produced using a field blend of numerous co-planted grape varieties from old vines. The grapes are harvested and vinified together. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The winemaking is strictly non-interventionist, with no sulfur added at any stage ('zero-zero'). The wine is then aged solely in stainless steel to maintain its freshness and fruit purity.
