WINE MAKING PROCESS
Le Quattro Terre Barbera d'Asti is produced from 100% Barbera grapes. The winemaking process begins with a manual harvest. Fermentation occurs in concrete tanks and lasts for approximately 15 days, followed by malolactic transformation, also in concrete vats. The wine is then aged for 8 months in concrete tanks. This approach emphasizes the preservation of the grape's natural fruit characteristics and avoids the influence of oak.
