WINE MAKING PROCESS
Le Riche Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Each vineyard block is vinified separately in open-top fermenters with controlled temperatures and manual plunging. Malolactic fermentation takes place in lined concrete tanks or barrels. The wine then undergoes aging for approximately 20-22 months in 225L French oak barrels, with a portion of new oak used. Le Riche Wines emphasizes quality and elegance in its winemaking approach.
