WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Le Rosé Domaine de la Bargemone begins with the direct pressing of grapes without maceration. The musts are then cold settled for 3-5 days, or up to 10 days, at low temperatures. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks over approximately 10 days, with each grape variety vinified separately. No malolactic conversion is performed. The wine is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, blended in December, and bottled from the start of the following year.
