WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Le Tap Bergerac Sec begins with hand-harvesting grapes at night to preserve freshness and aromas. A cold skin maceration is carried out for 30 to 40 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C. The wine is then aged on fine lees, with periodic stirring to enhance texture and complexity. Château Le Tap practices organic viticulture, with certification obtained in 2010.
