WINE MAKING PROCESS
Legado del Moncayo Garnacha 2021 is made from 100% Garnacha Tinta grapes. The fruit is hand-harvested and then destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a few months in stainless steel tanks, remaining unoaked. Traditional farming methods are utilized in the vineyards.
