WINE MAKING PROCESS
Produced using a fermented California Moscato base, the wine undergoes standard cool fermentation in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks to preserve fresh varietal characteristics. Following fermentation, natural freshly squeezed lemonade flavors are blended into the base. The product is kept unoaked to retain a crisp profile and bottled at 6.5% alcohol by volume under screw-cap closures.
