WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand from steep, terraced slopes. In the cellar, Orsett practices whole-cluster fermentation with native yeasts and no temperature control. The wine undergoes a gentle semi-carbonic maceration to preserve fresh fruit aromatics and alpine freshness. It is aged in neutral vessels to avoid oak influence and bottled without fining, filtration, or any added sulfur.
