WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted with a minimalist philosophy, the grapes for Les Arcs are harvested by hand from steep slopes. Fermentation occurs spontaneously using only indigenous yeasts in neutral vessels to preserve the bright, primary fruit characteristics of Garanoir and Gamay. The wine undergoes a gentle maceration to manage tannin extraction, followed by aging in non-reactive tanks. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered with little to no added sulfur, maintaining its natural vitality.
