Les Chausmes

Founded in 2015 by childhood friends Matthieu Rollin and Nicolas Seffusatti, Domaine Cassagne et Vitailles has quickly become a rising star in the Languedoc. Located in the high-altitude village of Montpeyroux, near the Larzac plateau, the estate is defined by a Burgundian philosophy of terroir precision. 'Les Chausmes' is a micro-cuvée representing the pinnacle of their craftsmanship, sourced from old vines grown on limestone-rich soils. The estate operates on a strict allocation-only basis, making this a highly sought-after gem for collectors.
