Les Jardins Philosophiques

Les Jardins Philosophiques is a dry white wine from Château Bouscassé in the Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh appellation of Southwest France. Produced primarily from the Petit Courbu grape with a touch of Petit Manseng, the wine is a testament to Alain Brumont's commitment to rediscovering and highlighting local grape varieties. The name 'Philosophical Gardens' reflects the estate's picturesque surroundings and Brumont's desire to capture the essence of his childhood gardens and a serene French lifestyle. The vineyards are situated on variegated clay and limestone soils at approximately 150 meters elevation.
