ABOUT THIS WINE
Château Juvenal Les Ribes du Vallat is a red wine from the AOC Ventoux in the Southern Rhône, France. The 2019 vintage is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah, with vines ranging from 10 to 50 years old grown on clay-limestone soils with a south-facing exposure. The wine's name, 'Les Ribes du Vallat,' translates to 'the hillsides bordering the ditch' in Provençal, reflecting the estate's landscape. The label features artwork inspired by artists who have visited the domain. The estate was acquired in 2001 by Bernard and Anne-Marie Forestier, who partnered with the Alban family, winegrowers for three generations, to establish the wine cellar in 2011. Château Juvenal is dedicated to organic agriculture and responsible practices.
