WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Les Terrasses involves a two-week maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, with regular pumping over to encourage extraction. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a minimum of 12 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. The harvest is selected and grapes are fully destemmed prior to vinification. The estate's commitment to sustainability is demonstrated through its HVE Level 3 certification.
