Leslie's Brut

Balfour Leslie's Brut is a white sparkling wine from Balfour Winery, located in Kent, England. The winery was established in 2002 by Richard and Leslie Balfour-Lynn on their 400-acre estate. They are recognized as pioneers in the English wine scene, particularly for traditional method sparkling wines. The estate's location in Kent offers a favorable environment for viticulture. A unique aspect of this wine is the inclusion of Pinot Gris in its blend, contributing a distinct aromatic quality. The grapes are hand-harvested, and each vineyard site and variety is pressed individually before blending.
