WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lessona 2020 is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Lessona DOC appellation. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation, utilizing inoculated yeasts. The wine is then aged for a significant period: 12 months in barrique followed by 24 months in large 15-hectoliter barrels. This aging process is a key component in developing the wine's character and structure, adhering to the Lessona DOC's aging requirements.
