WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for the Leva Chardonnay Misket Dimiat & Muscat 2023 involves a multi-faceted approach. Two-thirds of the Chardonnay must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C for three weeks. Concurrently, one-third of the Chardonnay must, along with the Dimiat must, is fermented in American and French oak barrels over 15-20 days. The Muscat must is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wines are blended, and the resulting wine rests in stainless steel tanks. The grapes are hand-harvested.
