WINE MAKING PROCESS
Leva Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot undergoes separate fermentation for each grape varietal in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in small French oak barrels for 18 months. Vinex Slavyantsi employs modern technologies and sustainable practices, including drip irrigation and predictive models for vine disease management. The harvest is conducted manually. The winery's approach integrates traditional winemaking with innovation and a commitment to social responsibility.
