WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lexis M Single Vineyard Zacharias 2018 is produced using classic red wine vinification methods. Fermentation and extraction take place in stainless steel vats. Following vinification, the wine is aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months in concrete tanks. This aging process occurs prior to bottling.
