This wine is crafted using low-intervention natural winemaking philosophies from 100% organically grown grapes. The blend of St. Laurent, Spätburgunder, Zweigelt, and Merlot is fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts. To preserve the pure, vibrant fruit character, the wine is bottled unfiltered or with minimal filtration, and with only minimal sulfur additions for stability. It undergoes a short aging period with a subtle hint of oak, utilizing neutral casks to gently round out the palate and add a touch of spice without overpowering the fresh, juicy profile of the cool-climate grapes.
