WINE MAKING PROCESS
Life From Stone is crafted using a minimalist approach. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes undergo a 21-day alcoholic fermentation, often with wild yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 100 days on its primary lees to enhance texture and complexity. Throughout the process, all racking is performed under CO2 to protect the wine from oxygen, preserving its freshness and delicate character.
