WINE MAKING PROCESS
Lillet Blanc is created by blending approximately 85% white Bordeaux wines with 15% macerated fruit liqueurs. These liqueurs are made from infusions of sweet and bitter orange peels. The resulting blend is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of several months, typically between 6 to 12 months, to allow for integration and maturation of flavors.
