WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Limestone Riesling is produced using 100% Riesling grapes sourced from limestone-rich parcels in Rheinhessen. Winemaking involves fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with a portion of the wine undergoing fermentation in old oak fuder. A short period of skin maceration precedes pressing. Fermentation occurs at slightly lower temperatures compared to their Grosses Gewächs bottlings. The wine is then aged partially in old oak fuder.
