WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes—an equal blend of Castelão, Camarate, Touriga Nacional, and Cabernet Sauvignon—are sourced from hilly vineyards near Lisbon. The region's clay-limestone soils and cool Atlantic breezes help preserve natural acidity in the grapes. Vinification is handled with protective, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to retain primary, vibrant fruit aromas. The wine is kept entirely unoaked and bottled fresh to maintain its delicate red-berry and watermelon notes.
