Lissner Gewürztraminer Muschelkalk

The Lissner Gewürztraminer Muschelkalk 2021 is a 100% Gewürztraminer from the Alsace AOC, produced by Maison Lissner in Wolxheim. The wine's identity is shaped by its unique 'Muschelkalk' soil, a shell limestone terroir. Maison Lissner, guided by Bruno and Théo Schloegel, is committed to natural winemaking, inspired by the Fukuoka method of minimal intervention. This philosophy extends to their farming and winemaking practices, aiming to capture the authentic character of the grapes and the Alsatian terroir.
