WINE MAKING PROCESS
Llunari Orange Organic 2022 is produced from 100% Garnatxa Blanca grapes grown on family vineyards at an altitude of 450 meters in Terra Alta. The grapes are farmed organically and harvested manually. The winemaking process involves destemming and crushing the grapes, followed by a 20-day fermentation with skins in concrete tanks. The must is cooled before fermentation begins. After fermentation, the wine is aged for five months in three 600-liter amphorae. The wine is certified organic and suitable for vegans.
