WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Lodali Dolcetto d'Alba begins with a manual harvest, collecting grapes in boxes. The grapes undergo soft pressing, followed by maceration at controlled temperatures for 8-10 days. Post-fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruit character. It then spends an additional 3 months in bottle before being released. The winery practices sustainable vineyard cultivation.
