WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Los Frailes Dolomitas Monastrell 2021 emphasizes traditional methods and a deep respect for the terroir. Grapes are sourced from old, dry-farmed vines with low yields. Fermentation typically occurs in historic concrete tanks, preserving the purity of the grape. Aging may involve time in oak barrels, contributing to the wine's structure. The producer's commitment to organic and biodynamic agriculture is a foundational element of their approach, aiming to create wines that reflect the authentic character of the estate.
