WINE MAKING PROCESS
Lotima Roselyn is produced using Cabernet Cortis and other PIWI grape varieties. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for four months in steel tanks on its lees, with regular batonnage to enhance mouthfeel and balance acidity while preserving primary aromas. The estate utilizes sustainable viticulture, including organic soil principles and the cultivation of fungal-resistant grape varieties. The winemaking process is focused on maintaining the wine's freshness and crisp character, reflecting the unique conditions of the Skåne region.
