WINE MAKING PROCESS
Lotima Vermouth Bianco begins with grapes hand-harvested from Lottenlund Estate in October 2021. The base wine is fermented using a neutral yeast. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a maceration process with carefully selected botanicals. It is then aged for six months in new 50-liter oak barrels. Lottenlund Estate follows an ecological growing philosophy and practices minimal intervention in the cellar, focusing on cleanliness to reduce sulphite usage.
