WINE MAKING PROCESS
This Champagne is made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize. The winemaking process emphasizes the purity of the fruit and the expression of the chalky terroir, culminating in a Brut Nature (zero dosage) style. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, and is aged on its lees for a minimum of three years. This extended aging period contributes to the wine's finesse and the development of its characteristic fine bubbles.
