WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Gemtree Luna Crescente Fiano 2023 was produced using a combination of winemaking techniques. Seventy-six percent of the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, 13% in concrete eggs, 8% in oak tanks, and 3% in amphora. Portions of the wine also underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for three months before bottling. Gemtree Vineyards adheres to certified organic and biodynamic farming practices.
